We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, communication gaps, or third-party systems.

4. Payments & Fees

  • All payments must be made before work begins unless stated otherwise.
  • Certain services may be billed 80/20 (80% upfront, 20% completion).
  • Promotional prices will be clearly stated.
  • No hidden charges.
  • Fees are non-refundable once work has started or documents have been filed.

5. Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Service type
  • Client responsiveness
  • Third-party platforms (CAC, FIRS, banks, hosting platforms)

We work efficiently but cannot guarantee fixed timelines where external systems are involved.

6. Communication

We communicate through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Calls
  • Client dashboards (when available)

Clients must ensure active communication channels for timely updates.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final design files (logos, branding, websites) are released after full payment.
  • Drafts, working files, and templates remain the property of Brands Digitals Agency unless otherwise agreed.
  • Websites may include licensed themes/plugins governed by their own terms.

8. Acceptable Use

Clients must not:

  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information
  • Request illegal or unethical services
  • Copy our content without permission
  • Misuse our website or communication channels

This ensures compliance with Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.

9. Privacy

We collect client information solely to:

  • Deliver requested services
  • Provide updates
  • Process registrations
  • Maintain service records
  • Enhance client experience
    We do not sell or unlawfully share personal information.

10. Third-Party Dependencies

Some services require engagement with:

  • FIRS / TaxPro Max

  • Domain registrars

We are not liable for delays, downtime, or decisions made by these third-party platforms.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued once:

  • Work has started
  • Files have been submitted
  • Business registration processes are initiated

If an exceptional issue arises from our side, we will address it fairly.

12. Service Modifications

We may update, pause, or discontinue any service.
Clients will be notified when necessary.

13. Termination of Service

We may refuse or discontinue service if a client:

  • Provides false information
  • Delays communication excessively
  • Displays abusive behavior
  • Requests illegal activity

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
